These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Monarch Private Circle ("Provider") and the client ("Client") for the use of private advisory services.
The Provider offers private, individual advisory services on a 1:1 basis. Scope, frequency, and format are agreed individually.
Access is by application only. A contractual relationship is only established upon explicit written confirmation.
Fees are agreed individually and communicated in writing. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. The Provider may terminate immediately for breach of confidentiality, abusive conduct, or non-payment.
Both parties commit to strict confidentiality. No content or methods may be shared without prior written permission.
Advisory services are personal guidance only. Results cannot be guaranteed. Liability is limited to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
All materials and methods remain exclusive intellectual property of Monarch Private Circle. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by German law. For Swiss residents, Swiss law applies where mandatory.
The Provider may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
